Part 1: Standing close to Zelda will prevent her from deflected any balls at you, cuz you're too close to let her react.
Part 2:Switch to wolf form, when it charges, hold A, then, when he's down, switch to link, cuz the sword hurts more.
Part 3: Just stay behiind him, If you don't give him any distance, he can't attack.
Part 4: Regular way:Just keep dodging his attacks, when he raises his sword to charge at you, Just push A and tap it rapidily
Cheapskate way: Apparently, using the fishing pole on Ganondorf will cause him to freeze for a moment to look at it. Leaving him vulnerable for a sword slash or two.
